City Eyeing Gündogan Reunion

Manchester City are reportedly exploring the possibility of bringing back former midfield maestro Ilkay Gündogan. The Premier League champions have initiated contact with the German international’s camp to discuss a potential return to the Etihad Stadium.

Gündogan departed Manchester City for Barcelona last summer after a highly successful tenure that saw him become a pivotal figure under Pep Guardiola. The midfielder played a key role in the club’s Treble-winning campaign in 2022/23.
